Great way to kick off 2025 squad training!
South East Squad training held in Basingstoke today, led by Natalie Sensei and Amelia Sensei. Two excellent, very well thought out sessions.
Working on explosive starts and body coordination for kata together with explosive kumite attacks and defence drills. Nice to see tubes and agility ladders being used in the sessions for body development.
Great effort from everyone who trained, thank you for your enthusiasm, commitment and support.
Well done Natalie, what a fantastic opportunity to support the squad!
