It has been such an eventful month at Sonchō Karate Club.
We have been busy training in and out of the dojo with highlights being training with Senseis Rick Hotton, Guy Brodeur, Scott Langley at the seminars, and Senseis John Parnell, Steve Bailes, Neil Jerome, Lucie Marsh, Chris Mulville, Kate Taylor, Arianna Jennings, Alice Guellich all sharing their knowledge in Shotorama.
We held 2nd kata buddies mini championship in aid of FairFight with members and friends from clubs across the country achieving fantastic results and raising nearly £600 for FairFight programs.
We got lots of refereeing opportunities helping at the Welsh League and the GB Open and we had an honour representing England team at the HDKI World Cup placing first in individual and team kumite and second in individual kata.
