Very well done to everyone who took part in the 100 kata challenge for karate day 2024 at Abbeydale dojo tonight.
As a team we managed to do well over 100 katas with everyone repeating their next grading kata - what a clever way to practice for the kyu grading!
Congratulations to Noah, our new student of the month! It’s fantastic to see the progress Noah has made since he started training with us earlier in the year and we can’t wait to see Noah take his first belt test next month!
